It took 2 months for my item to arrive, and when it did the container was broken. I understand things happen, but 2 months? And just for it to be broke? And I ordered it for my girls birthday, and it was supposed to be here a month ago.......I looked like an idiot not having what she wanted for her birthday.

I placed order on Jan 25th and today is Feb 16th, I have not received my order despite of multiple calls and emails. And now they send me link to take surveys?? Seriously, return my money or send products first and fix your operations!
