Absolutely horrible

Placed my order then received a shipping notification but the package was never actually received by the post office after 20 days. Reached out to the company 4 times before getting a response on Instagram after they failed to respond via email or chat on their website. The message I received on instagram stated that someone would look into it when they returned from their weekend (which was several days after the original message) but nothing was done and no further response was received. Super disappointing experience because I was looking forward to trying their products but I will absolutely never support this company in the future. Do not order unless you want to pay for items you’ll never receive.
