Awesome product poor customer service
I’ve been a faithful customer for more than 5yrs. I love the product but they have the worse customer service. I’ve tried contacting them on more than one occasion. My first issue occurred a couple of years ago in regards to a missing item. Unfortunately it took me leaving a review for someone to contact me. Recently I’ve tried contacting them on 4 different occasions. I was fine with not receiving a return email for one of the issues because it was in regards to a free product. My latest concern was to cancel and order 10 mins after the order was placed. Guess what? the order was not canceled and I received the products which I wasn’t upset about until I realized I was missing an item. I placed an additional order assuming the first order would be canceled but they both arrived at the same time and the same item was missing from that order. Don’t bother trying to call them because the number does not work.

The product itself is fine, however, I'm not super happy with the smell. Last year the smell was a lot more orange/citrusy. This time, it was super mild with just a hint of orange. Also disappointed that you started using plastic. I really appreciated the glass jar. I try to order my products from small, sustainable, businesses and will think twice about ordering again in plastic.

I could not use the item. Would like to return. The cream did not come in its normal white fluffy form. Both tubs looked like the color of margarine. These were shipped to Texas. Will appreciate a response from customer service. I sent two emails and made one phone call. Surprised that no one has bothered to call. I have ordered these items as far back as the Follain Boston days… first time for this

I mainly purchased this product as it used to come in a glass jar. As you know, most plastics aren't recycled so I was so very disappointed when the products arrived and they were in plastic. I could have purchased a much less expensive product, but didn't want plastic. Also, the consistency was different compared to my prior purchase, not as smooth/had bubbles in it. I won't purchase again.
