I love this product but I am questioning if I will purchase any product from Organic Bath again. I requested cancelation of my auto-delivery 2 weeks ago on your site, and again when I received delivery notification. I Googled for Customer Service phone number only to get a number for a different company. Then I searched every email I ever received, found a Manage Your Account link only to kicked out before pressing send. Finally I found the correct phone number only to get a recording saying to leave a message. Did leave a detailed message with the Order Number, etc. Nothing, no confirmation of receipt of message or attempt to rectify the problem, just another AUTOMATED email message of upcoming delivery. As I said in my telephone message o Organic Bath Co.' s recording, I will refuse tohe delivery. In addition, I will refuse any further deliveries until this matter is rectified.
